A new report calls out Toyota, FCA, VW, and Mitsubishi for continuing to sell new vehicles in the US that have defective Takata airbags.
A problem with the power-steering fluid lines in extremely cold climates has prompted FCA to recall nearly 11,000 Dodge Journeys in America, but a tellingly higher 187,000 in Canada.
