Mercedes-Benz has toyed with the idea of a Maybach SUV for at least 11 years. Autocar cites "senior officials from Nissan" for confirmation that a next-generation Z-car is on the way. After 17 years on the market, Audi has sounded the death knell on the A8 W12.
