Eleven-Year-Old Steals Police Bait Car

He stole the car then went to pick up his friends

An unidentified 11-year-old boy stole a police bait car in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and then decided to go pick up two of his 10-year-old friends. "Fox & Friends" reports the boy couldn't even see over the wheel of the stolen vehicle. The Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson says they're shocked kids so young tried to steal a car. New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg proposed an interesting idea for discouraging speeding: Public shaming.
