Detroit Electric Unveils SP:01 EV Roadster [VIDEO]

The recently relaunched Detroit Electric car company introduced its first production vehicle in downtown Detroit on Wednesday. Labeled the SP:01, Detroit Electric claims this all-electric roadster will cover 0-60 miles per hour in just 3.7 seconds and top out at 155 miles per hour, which the carmaker says will make it the world's fastest production electric car.
