Review: 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5S
Coldest day of the year. Single-digit, negative windchill cold. The rented Sony Digital Beta machine almost fits into the trunk of the newly minted Nissan Altima Coupe. The speakers for the Bose stereo hang down too low and block what could have been a glove-tight fit. Time for plan B. While the boffins at the video equipment rental house are watching from the window, I back the car into the middle of the parking lot to swing that big coupe door out as wide as it'll go. Nissan is busily putting the 2013 Altima prototype through its paces ahead of the vehicle's debut later this year and spy photographers spotted the vehicle on public streets wearing a new vinyl wrap designed to obfuscate the model's lines. Even so, we can clearly see a few more details about the upcoming sedan. From the looks of things, the vehicle ...

Report: 2013 Nissan Pathfinder engine confirmed, big deal debuting in Big Apple 1326754680
There is a lot to like about the Pathfinder Concept Nissan unveiled at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show. Our army of spy photographers has managed to grab a few images of the next-generation Nissan Altima cruising around with less body cladding than we've seen in the past. The new shots show the 2013 Altima wrapped in swirl vinyl instead of the baggy plastic that surfaced back in August. As a result, we can see more of the vehicle's body lines than before, ...

Featured: Nissan shows us its new and improved Continuously Variable Transmission 1322769480
Finally, A CVT That Doesn't Suck Continuously variable transmissions have been the bane of our enthusiast existence since... well... forever. An endless, droning tone coupled with the dreaded "rubber band" effect has relegated the gearboxes to rolling appliances and miserable fuel misers – save for one particular sedan. It's not just an ...

But here's the kicker: it's packing a twin-screw ...
