Stuck in a traffic jam or bored as you wait for a friend in your car? If you drive a Tesla and grew up in the '80s, you're in luck.
The electric vehicle insurgent appears to have made good on its promise for update 9.0 by making the classic '80s video games Asteroids, Centipede, Lunar Lander and Missile Command playable on the center screen, playable via controls on the steering wheel. Tesla calls it "Teslatari."
It doesn't look like Elon Musk's promised "party and camper mode," which would keep functions like air flow, music and heating or cooling powered for 48 hours while parked, made it in this update. Musk had also said that the racing game "Pole Position" would be included and be linked to the steering wheel, but it appears that customers might have to wait a bit longer for that perk.
Tesla announced its Software Version 9.0 earlier this month, with new features for its mobile app, dash cam, navigation and more.
