Ford is building a 2018 Mustang for Autoblog — wanna help pick it out?

Ford approached us recently with a fantastic offer: Hey, Autoblog, would you like to test-drive a new 2018 Mustang for a month? We'll even build you the one you want.

Us to Ford: Why yes, yes we would like that very much.

Our editors have already noodled around a bit with configuring our own dream Mustangs. But we'd like the Mustang we order and test to be like what a typical buyer would order. That's where you come in — we want your help with the configuration. What Mustang would you buy? Take our poll, below, and help us figure it out.

Keep it real: Sure, go a little nuts if you want. But if in real life you wouldn't trick out a Mustang to the tune of $58,000 (yes, that's possible for a non-Shelby factory car), then don't do it here. We want to give you useful feedback on a car you'd actually order IRL.

Also, the typical buyer does not purchase a Shelby, nor did Ford offer to make us one. So it's not listed as a choice below. And the Mustang is highly configurable, with packages that comprise too many features to list comprehensively here. So for an informed choice, you may want to consult Ford's slick Mustang configurator as you vote — to see color samples, for example.
