2017 Buick Model Year Preview and Updates

Buick, with a well-received lineup of crossovers, reinvigorates its car lineup with an all-new LaCrosse fullsize sedan (pictured), an anticipated Regal redesign, and the announced discontinuation of the Verano compact sedan.

BUICK LACROSSE: The LaCrosse is an all-new redesign of Buick's large luxury sedan, offering a longer, lower, and wider footprint in combination with more interior room and a 300-pound weight reduction. Just one powertrain is offered, but it's a redesigned 3.6 liter V6 equipped with direct injection and connected to a new 8-speed automatic.

CASCADA: Buick's halo convertible, the Sport Touring model features a True Blue metallic exterior, 20-inch wheels, sport pedals and a flat-bottom steering wheel.

ENCLAVE: A Sport Touring Edition is added to Buick's three-row crossover, in what should be the Enclave's last year before a major redesign.

ENCORE: The smallest Buick crossover receives an aggressive refresh of its interior and exterior design. And Buick makes available Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

ENVISION: The midsize crossover was all new for an (abbreviated) intro in 2016; this year it receives updated trims, and a so-called Teen Drive feature.

REGAL AND REGAL GS: The sportiest of Buick's sedans receives both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
