Hyundai fuel cell hybrid bus used at the World Cup

With only four teams left in the World Cup this year, and a few days until the semi-final matches start, it's a good time to take a peek at some of the green car technology involved in the tournament in Germany. Enova Systems announced last week that three vehicles in their fleet of 32 buses and other vehicles, which transport teams, match officials and others between host cities and team camps, run on alternative fuels. The green vehicles include a fuel cell hybrid bus and two fuel cell Hyundai Tucson SUVs. Hyundai is an official sponsor of the World Cup. The Hyundai fuel cell hybrid bus is the "flagship" of the fleet, according to Enova, and is intended to make players and officials feel relaxed and comfortable, said one official in the press release. Makes you wonder if the World Cup was driven by ethanol, if Brazil might've done better.
