Its designer, Sir Alec Issigonis, also designed the Mini. It didn't meet military requirements so it was produced as a civilian vehicle. The eMoke is a low-speed vehicle with a max speed of 25 mph, seats 4 and has a 40-mile range on a single charge. It can fully charge in 8 hours with a 110-volt outlet. eMoke is available in 9 colors, and is equipped with with hydraulic steering and front wheel drive.
