Russia may not be the first place that springs to mind when contemplating a surfing trip, but that doesn't mean it can't be done.
Just about anything can (and will) be done on the road in the land of the dashcam video, it would seem. Take this latest clip, for instance. When the streets of one Russian city flooded, bringing traffic to a standstill, some thrill-seekers popped the hatch (on what looks like a late-model Renault Megane or Opel Astra) attached a rope and went water skiing down the road. The clip below is only 23 seconds long, and you don't need to understand Russian to appreciate what's happening here.
