Car Thieves Drive Wrong Way Down Busy Highway

Three alleged car thieves. Two smashed police cars. One wrong-way chase. And amazingly, zero injuries or deaths.

That's how a high-speed car chase played out in Stockton, California, on Saturday. Dozens of people were endangered while three thieves stole three different cars, and drove the wrong way down Highway 99 in a dramatic chase. A highway camera captured footage of the incident.

California Highway Patrol officers ended pursuit of the suspects when they entered the highway. The three suspects were later taken into custody.
