It is expected that the BMW 4 Series – which will be what we used to call the 3 Series coupe and convertible – is expected to be revealed sometime later this year. Nevertheless, it still has much to hide, since it's wearing the same amount of all-sheathing camouflage as when we saw it four months ago.
This is the convertible version, and it is figured to be the new 3 Series with a few tweaks at the front. It is capped by a folding hardtop and presumably uses the same engines offered in the 3. When the camo does come off, we're anxious to see if the lower front intake really does retain the shape of a Wallace-and-Grommit smile.
