Does it seem to you that Smart launches special edition Fortwo models rather often? Sure does to us. There's been a maple leaf edition, the limited two and the limited three. Back in January, it was the limited edition Fortwo Lightshine. Now, Smart has launched the Nightorange edition. Painted in a combo of bright orange and elegant black, the Nightorange, which is available in coupe or cabrio form, will be limited to 235 units.
On the outside, the new Nightorange edition combines an exclusive orange metallic finish with black inserts within the headlamps and blacked-out mirrors. That same black and orange theme continues on the inside with a mix of leather and fabric seats finished with the Halloweeny colors. A black three-spoke steering wheel, along with some matte black interior touches round out the Nightorange package.
The Fortwo Nightorange's engine choices include a 71 horsepower gas-sipper with micro hybrid drive, a turbo'd 84 hp gasser and a 54 hp diesel engine. Pricing for the Nightorange models start at £9,995 ($16,171 U.S. at the current exchange rate) in the UK.
