Triumph has been on something of a tear as of late, releasing teaser after supposedly "leaked" teaser of new models that are eagerly anticipated by fans of the British marque. Now, the sleuthy eyes over at Visordown.com noticed that the 2011 edition of the Speed Triple – arguably the bike that is most responsible for the factory streetfighter's recent popularity – is being showcased in Triumph's own accessory catalog.

As before, the next edition will use a version of Triumph's well-loved 1050cc three-cylinder engine, which is expected to pump out more power than ever before. We're also expecting Triumph to reduce the weight of its naked triple by nearly 40 pounds, further boosting performance. Styling will be updated, keeping the bike's trademark twin headlamps and high-mount pipes but masking it all in a much more angular design.

Check out the image gallery below for various bits and pieces of the 2011 Triumph Speed Triple, and stay tuned for a full reveal ahead of the bike's expected showroom debut later in 2011.
