California votes No on Proposition 87?

I can't find any news source that gives the results of the vote on Proposition 87 other than a mention on Daily Kos. Writing on dKos, Meteor Blades says that, with 32 percent of the precincts reporting, only 43 percent of voters have spoken in favor of Proposition 87 while 57 percent have said No. I can't find where Meteor Blade got these numbers, and it's not like one third of the state's results are in any way definitive. Still, it looks like the oil companies have convinced voters to keep allowing them to drill for oil without any extraction fees (like they pay in other states). Did all that Democratic political firepower coming to California go to waste? Looks like it.
