Perhaps we'll take this as a sign that
AutoblogGreen is on the right track. The current issue of
Newsweek takes a look at what it calls the "Greening of America," and finds that Americans of all political stripes and cultures are looking for ways to be green and cut back on using excess amounts of energy. Republicans, priests, environmentalists and more are interviewed in the story, which focuses on greener ways to travel, build a home or invest money. At the end of the article (on "page" 3 of the internet version) the article finally gets to talking about
ethanol,
hybrids, etc., and mentions bits of information we wrote about recently, like
Ford backing away from its hybrid promise and the news that
Smart cars will be coming to the U.S.
