2015 Volvo XC60

2015 XC60 Photos
The XC60 is a premium crossover from Volvo. Comfortable and practical, the XC60 may be the safest vehicle Volvo has ever built. It includes many safety features, and paired with its good looks and dynamic styling makes it immediately recognizable as a Volvo. The front-wheel drive XC60 is powered by either a 240-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, or a 302-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged and supercharged four-cylinder engine. The "Instant Traction" all-wheel drive XC60 is offered with a 300-hp 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six-cylinder engine, or even a 325-hp 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six-cylinder engine. The front-wheel drive models are matched with a Geartronic eight-speed automatic transmission. The all-wheel drive models are matched with a Geartronic six-speed automatic transmission. One impressive standard safety feature is "City Safety" which reacts at low speed to help prevent or reduce rear-end collisions by allowing the XC60 to automatically self-brake to a complete stop without driver input. Other standard features include electronic stability with roll control, trailer stability assist, six airbags, and four-wheel anti-lock brakes. Depending on the trim level other standard features include leather seating, keyless drive, a panoramic roof, active bi-xenon headlamps, and park assist. The 2015 Volvo XC60 has introduced new more efficient engines and a new transmission to the lineup.
