The multimedia dam has finally been opened on the Aston Martin Vanquish. The curviest version of Aston's muscled design language spent a bunch of time in Italy with Aston's favorite photographer, Rene Staud, showing off its angles and colors in the Tuscan dusk.

What's more, there's official driving footage and Aston put together a three-part video series on just how all those photos of the 565-horsepower "super grand tourer" were captured. So, no need to dally here; enjoy perusing the the huge gallery above or the four videos below.

Thankfully I am wrong; they actually managed to improve the Aston look. I doubted it was possible.

The word gorgeous seems most appropriate. It had the road presence you'd expect and then some at the Pebble Beach Concourse. I wish that car was silver like the one the photos. Regardless, it seemed to be well received by the crowd.

After careful consideration, I have decided that this is the best looking modern car I've laid my eyes upon.

OMG it looks just like a Fusion. How could they copy Ford? Such an outrage. I mean look at the grill. It looks just like a Fusion! (sorry had too).

Thanks for reminding me to make my annual donation to fetal alcohol syndrome. Good lord...

News Flash... Slightly changing the names of people or things to sound derogatory does not make you sound witty. it makes you sound like a wonk.

That front carbon lip is just awful. Just ruins and otherwise perfect looking car. There should be an option to replace it with something else. That cheap a$$ steering wheel they have been using for the last 20 years also needs to go.

This will not be any different to drive than a DBS or Virage. It will sound slightly better, grip slightly better, be slightly faster but otherwise be the exact same car that aston has been building since the introduction of the DB9. It's a damn shame that the vanquish badge has become a marketing tool...

the interior looks a little less parts bin than before sadly, both the interior and exterior took 20 painful years to get to this point (since every model looks the same)

Take some pictures, wipe the car, some more shoots, wipe the car, some more, wipe the car....

finally they make enough changes to recapture my attention. this is one stunning design and I'd have one with the red interior (it just looks so good in red) please yes it will not set any performance and handling standards but i don't care it's almost as good looking as the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizone
