German company Car Film Components decided to add a little style to the outgoing Volkswagen New Beetle. It seems strange to supply radical appearance modifications to a car that's leaving the marketplace soon, but CFC hopes its sticker package can add some much-needed love to the New Beetle's appearance.

The foil-wrap aesthetic upgrade covers the fenders, bumpers and side skirts. Some interior bits get the treatment as well. Setting off the look of the busybody sticker package is a set of 19-inch Oxigin wheels wrapped in Kumho rubber. Buyers can also specify a coilover suspension kit.

The bad part? Customers should expect to pay around €5,000 to achieve the look. That's a lot of coin to stickerbomb your Volkswagen. To hear more, check out the CFC press release after the jump.

THE SHOW CAR PAR EXCELLENCE – VW NEW BEETLE by CFC®CarFilmComponents®

It is quite curious that the VW Beetle successor could not even reach the commercial success of its inspiring prototype. The New Beetle was finally younger, more modern, more of aerodynamics ... and, finally, not even slightly more expensive than the other Beetle was. The latter circumstance may have been the main reason for its bad success. The more interesting seem to be the actual plans to dust off the new Beetle again, but for an affordable price, as we hope.

Recently, the foil specialist CFC from upper Bavarian Weilheim city has turned a ragtop version of the New Beetle to show car, according to the rules of the art. Competence in foil is the CFC leitmotif, so they have focused on visible details of the car, starting with the front apron and the front wings and ending with the rear wings, including side sills and therear car area. The CFC experts have applied sticker bombing, as well as velvet foil. Sticker bombing with its high quality digital printings and high quality cottonized polyamide fibers "velvet" has been provided for
individual vehicle design. And all this has been available at a price of 2.200 euros for foil, including foil mounting (consider the results!).

But it was not enough. Besides of the "warpaint", there was still puttered around the tyre-wheel combination. Finally, there have been employed 8,5x19" dimensioned oxygen rims in sparrow black full polish for only 339 euros each. This kind of oxygen rim rings is available as self-colored or as
matching the CFC foil color for 11.90 euros each. As for tyres, there have been chosen the best for the New Beetle rims Kumho Ecsta SPT tyres in 225/35ZR19 88Y for 159 euros each. For a noticeable improvement of the driving dynamics, there has been added an adjustable wheel spacer from SCC by 15 mm disk thickness in LK 5x100 (57.1 mm center hole / 66.5 mm center
hole rim) for 167 euros per axle, as well as a stainless steel coilover version 1 from KW for 919 euros in combination with a stabilizers tuning kit
(179 €).

Everyone who wants to acquire this masterpiece now and turn around the key to drive on, please, address confidently to the CFC Chief Marcus-Marcel Knoch or to a member of his team. They will find a satisfying solution for everyone. Sure.
