We hired James Van Der Beek to sell used cars undercover | Stars Selling Cars

Welcome to Autoblog's new original series Stars Selling Cars! Each week we'll be inviting a new celebrity onto our car lot and dressing them up in a disguise to see if they have what it takes to be an actual car salesman. Mistakes are made, hilarity ensues, and believe it or not some cars actually get sold.

This week we start things off with star of Dawson's Creek, James Van Der Beek. James starts the series off with an excited demeanor as he sits down with our actual car sales expert to get a quick training before he hits the lot. After the training, it's time to choose a disguise, and Van Der Beek doesn't hold back on the absurdity. Trying on everything from a full beard to a face tattoo, he eventually settles on 3 distinct characters to throw into the action.

James gives it his all out on the lot trying to connect with potential buyers using humor, profanity, and even some hilariously incorrect information. Will he sell a car?
