Fully Charged takes on Top Gear – Click above to watch video after the jump

The latest episode of Robert Llewellyn's plug-in-centric show Fully Charged has hit the Internet and this time 'round Llewellyn responds to the on-screen Nissan Leaf antics of Top Gear. We already saw how cleverly Nissan responded, but now Llewellyn gets to debunk some of the myths conjured up by Jeremy Clarkson and James May. Moreover, he knocks down the Top Gear duo's insistence that hydrogen is the future.

This episode of Fully Charged isn't a heated response to Top Gear. It's more or less a primer in battery technology. Specifically, Llewellyn sets the record straight by going through some truths about the Nissan Leaf's lithium-ion battery. So, with eleven-plus minutes of Fully Charged-takes-on-Top Gear awaiting you after the jump, we'll stop our ranting and let Llewellyn explain all. He's so good at this kind of thing.
