That's the message the American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest and the E85 Everywhere partnership will be bringing to the Minnesota Sate Capital this morning at part of an E85 Everywhere rally and flexible-fuel vehicle display. The event will feature Gov. Tim Pawlenty at 11 a.m. and various state legislators' speeches starting at 11:20. The goal: to make E85 ethanol blends and flexible-fuel vehicles mainstream in Minnesota.
E85 Everywhere is supported by the National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition and hopes to encourage 1,800 E85 fueling outlets in Minnesota over the next few years. There are already over 300 such stations in the state according to NEVC.
