Whaddya want with your pizza? Mushrooms, pepperoni or biodiesel? You can get all three from Glass Nickel Pizza in Wisconsin. The small chain (there are five stores right now) uses green "grease cars" for all pizza deliveries and recycles a lot of the grease it produces into biofuel. The restaurant is working on a franchise agreement that requires the use of biodiesel, WVO or hybrid engines to deliver the pizzas. The chain's co-owner says it's great to deliver pizzas in converted 25-year-old Volkswagen Rabbits.
