General Motors hires agency to hit the young and diverse

General Motors has tapped Translation Consultation and Brand Imaging to broaden the automaker's marketing efforts to better reach the young, diverse and well-educated. Specializing in connecting Fortune 500 companies with superstar celebrities from music, sports, entertainment and fashion, the New York-based company will support GM's efforts to attract younger customers predominantly for its Chevrolet brand in metropolitan and coastal markets.

Seems to us GM has done a pretty good job courting the fancy of all types of celebrities. The 3rd Annual GM All-Car Showdown hosted by the Diesel, Shaq O'Neal, made evident how many celebs (pictured) enjoy their GM vehicles.
