Honda Fit Comfort Edition hits Japan showrooms

On July 6, Honda introduced two new Fit special models: the Fit Comfort Edition, and Fit HDD Navi Comfort Edition.

Both cars get the following popular options included as standard equipment:
  • Automatic A/C with cabin filtration
  • Keyless entry
  • Anti-theft
  • Mirror-mounted turn-signal indicators
  • Power folding mirrors
  • Privacy glass
  • Mini antenna
The Fit HDD Navi Comfort Edition adds Honda's 30GB hard drive navigation system, which features a 7-inch screen, TV/AM-FM/CD/DVD functionality, and 3D navigation graphics. Bluetooth and steering wheel controls for the radio abd voice-activated feaures are also included in the HDD Navi pack.
Power comes from a 1.3L 86 hp four cylinder connected to a CVT. Buyers can choose either 2WD and AWD for both Comfort Edition trim levels.

Prices range from ¥1,281,000 to ¥1,470,000  ( ~$10-12K USD) for the Fit Comfort Edition, and ¥1,491,000 to ¥1,680,000  (~$14 - 16K USD) for the HDD Navi Comfort edition.
