Stow 'N Go inventors honored by Chrysler

On the eighth day God created Stow ‘N Go seating. That’s the general sentiment expressed by those who own a Chrysler product equipped with this origami of engineering. Chrysler recently honored the seven engineers who responsible for Stow ‘N Go seating with a first place for the 2005 Walter P. Chrysler Technology Award. Second place went to a group who eliminated an extra sensor in the car by using software within the engine controller to estimate a battery’s internal temperature. Yeah, but does it fold into the floor? We didn’t think so.
