New Focus sales hit in UK

In the U.S., the Ford Focus has seen sales and accolades fall since its introduction in 2000 but the new European Focus has retaken the sales lead in the U.K. by more than doubling the sales of the nearest competitor, the Vauxhall Astra. Other U.K. sales notes: GM sells more Saabs in England than anywhere else in the world and diesels continue to rack up sales with the Renault Mégane dCI as the best-selling diesel. Hint hint Ford.
