Ford climate study not enough

Ford recently made an announcement they will complete a climate study by the end of this year that will evaluate greenhouse gasses in relation to its vehicles and facilities and create a plan for the future. Environmentalists are complaining that a plan is not enough; they want "commitments". In the latest effort from the "Jumpstart Ford" campaign, The Sierra Club, along with other environmentalist groups, started the "Adopt-a-Dealer" program April 1 urging community activists to annoy dealers until they write a letter to Bill Ford to convince him to improve fuel economy. We're sure dealers will be excited about that.
