Kiss 0% financing goodbye

Did anyone pay attention to the Fed yesterday? Well interest rates are rising and that means carmakers are losing the love for zero-percent auto loans. CarsDirect did a survey of eight formerly 0% cars from the Big Three and they are now at 2.9% and 3.9% rates. 0% only comes with 36-month loans in some cases. There are 0% deals on many vehicles though. Those not selling well, like the Ford Expedition, still have lots of rebates and good financing offered. But don't expect to see zero-percent on the new Ford Fusion and other anticipated vehicles.
