New Sport Trac includes bed storage box

The race is on to use every nook and cranny in new vehicles. Ford has included a lockable storage bin built into the composite bed of the new Sport Trac Adrenalin. No where near the size of the "trunk" in the Honda Ridgeline, the storage compartment is not designed for groceries, just for truck stuff like bungee cords, tie downs, emergency gear and in the picture, a hitch. In a truck like the Sport Trac all these items would need to take up space in the cab. I think it will be safe to assume that this feature will be available on the next Sport Trac, if not standard. We wonder what the aforementioned hitch would sound like in there when bouncing over bumps?
