Escape Hybrid announced as North American Truck of the Year

The Escape Hybrid beat the all-Ford finalist list including the Land Rover LR3 and Ford Freestyle to claim NA Car of the Year. This is the second year in a row that a hybrid has garnished the NA award. Last year the Toyota Prius took home the award for car of the year.
