Toyota gets XM too?

Zoinks Scooby it looks like Toyota has double crossed Sirius and on the same day, hours apart, announces that while Sirius will be a dealer installed option in a few months, they've also inked a deal with XM as a "supplier for satellite delivered data services" and factory installed XM radios in 2006. Now did both companies know about this before hand? Doesn't this look both of them look bad? Doesn't it make Toyota look slimey? Does anyone really care?
