SIRIUS satellite radio is slowly catching up to its competitor XM, but they're gaining ground. Yesterday the company announced Target would carry its XTR1 "Stream Jockey" receiver. The press release doesn't say if you can use that $25 to pay the first two months of the $12.95 SIRIUS subscription though.
