Is this the next Infiniti M45?

Dubbed the Nissan "Fuga" in Japan, this new model looks like the slightly more muscular football playing offspring of an unholy union between the G35 sedan and G35 coupe.  Features include the obligatory DVD-based TV/satnav, integrated bluetooth,  Intelligent Cruise Control with low-speed following capability, 19 inch wheels, and a sensor supported Intelligent Brake Assist System that sounds a warning and applies the brakes automatically when it detects you're about to plow into the car in front of you because you're fumbling for your cellphone.  Don't know about you, but a little voice in the back of mind is wondering if using both the cruise control and the brake assist will give me that extra hour of shut-eye during the commute to work?
