Cadillac won't replace XTS after 2019

There isn't much room for the XTS in Cadillac's lineup now that the CT6 has arrived. So it'll live out the rest of its lifecycle and retire after 2019.

GM announces 3 new recalls affecting 1.7M vehicles in North America [w/video]

General Motors today announced a truly massive recall covering some 8.4 million vehicles in North America. Most significantly, 8.2 million examples of the affected vehicles are being called back due to "unintended ignition key rotation," though GM spokesperson Alan Adler tells Autoblog that this issue is not like the infamous Chevy Cobalt ignition switch fiasco.
