2011 Kawasaki Z1000 – Click above to watch video after the jump

It's October once again. Soon, children all across the country will be in a sugar-induced frenzy, young women will apply the prefix "sexy" to professions that have no business endorsing skimpy work attire and all of the major networks will proffer an array of neutered horror flicks for one night only. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

Kawasaki has gotten into the spirit of things with its advertisement for the new Z1000. The company has employed one of the most terrifying weapons in the arsenal of horror movies for the spot: the creepy voice over of a little girl.

Throw in a little shaky hand-cam work and you've got an ad that's sure to give your therapist plenty of billable hours in the near future. Hit the jump to have a good look at the video for yourself. Just don't call us when you hear the whisperings of Kawasaki-possessed children in your sleep tonight.

      LOL...that was funny. And what little you can see of the bike...they sure make it look sexy. Are all bikes rolling art nowadays? Dang I've never wanted a Kawi before (more of a V-Max man - having had 2), but I like this one. If it weren't for our insurance rates I'd have one (uh...probably around $1200 or more for the 5-6 month riding season...and not even pro-rated over 12 months, that's just to ride for the summer!! You want coverage in winter it's gonna cost you a bit more)...oh how I miss riding. I guess I could always park it in the garage, wash it, and pet it like a good dog, sleep on it. Fire it up and do a burnout indoors. (married 20 yrs...what else am I gonna do? :-))
      Like JMF said...probably not good for my merits too. I'd be sooo bad.

      "young women will apply the prefix "sexy" to professions that have no business endorsing skimpy work attire"

      more relavent is: young women who have no business wearing skimpy attire will still do so, excusing it as a "costume"

      ::shudder::

        Endure the latter to be rewarded with the former. I love Halloween.

      @Silly Pickle

      You could get two of these for one V-Max.

      That's pretty awesome. It's barely there, but I don't think I've ever seen a wheelie in a manufacturer ad before.

      No doubt about it, an awesome bike Kawasaki but my license is demerit free and I want to keep it that way. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
