VIDEO: Latest Nissan GT-R footage surfaces
Happy Saturday, kids. In lieu of your usual cartoons, we've got more GT-R video. This time, it's some extensive Nürburgring lapping and street footage. The car's coming along nicely, sounding strong and looking stable and agile at speed. Our appetites are sufficiently whetted. Fortunately, Nissan's bringing it out relatively soon. Still, the Tokyo Motor Show seems so far away. Tell ya what, just drop one at the AB HQ in the OC, ASAP.

No, this is actually new video shot recently. You're thinking of the Nurburgring video from last year that Edmunds posted. This video was shot recently as the car is doing final testing.

Who the hell are these clowns global motor spies? This video was on EDMUNDS about 6 months ago!!! Not only that,they did a voice over on the EDMUNDS announcer. Almost as bad as that web site AUTOLIES.

The GT-R was at the 'Ring this past week (I saw it on the Nurburgring webcam), maybe more footage will be on the way.

I thought this thing was suppose to have 500HP? 450HP is wonderful, but disappointing relatively speaking. It seems like 500HP would be a kind of "magic number" which would feel like getting a super car at Japanese Cheapo prices. Sorta like the Z06.
