2019 Ford Transit Connect

2019 Transit Connect Photos
A standout in the small commercial van segment the award winning Transit Connect combines flexibility, functionality, and reliability. The Transit Connect presents a unique and versatile answer for the business owner who needs a vehicle for delivery, service, or small work crews. The Transit Connect is available in two wheelbases and with one standard powertrain. Available as a short- or long-wheelbase van or wagon, the front-wheel drive Transit Connect standard engine is a 169-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine matched with a six-speed automatic transmission. Sliding side and split-opening back doors are available with or without windows. Both vans and wagons are available with a liftgate instead of the split-opening back doors. The two-seat van is available as an XL or XLT and the wagons come in XL, XLT, and Titanium trims. The long-wheelbase Titanium wagon seats up to seven people with an optional rear bench seat. Standard features include front and side airbags, anti-lock brakes, vinyl bucket seats, remote keyless entry, and a low maintenance vinyl floor. XLT trims add power heated mirrors, cloth seats, and an LCD multi-function dash display. The Titanium Wagon includes second- and third-row bucket seats and upgraded audio. Ford Works Solutions include Mobility Packages, Taxi Packages, an In-Dash Computer, and interior shelving options. The Ford Transit Connect is a carryover for 2019.
