2013 Ford Expedition EL

The Ford Expedition EL is a longer bodied version of the regular Expedition. When equipped with four-wheel drive, the Expedition EL will get you there whether the road is dry, wet, snowy, or even when there's hardly any road at all. The Expedition EL adds more cargo-carrying capacity with a long 131-inch wheelbase. For 2013 the Expedition EL is available in four trims: XL, XLT, Limited, and King Ranch. It is powered by a SOHC 5.4-liter V-8 that is rated at 310 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard equipment. It is available with either rear-wheel drive or electronically engaged four-wheel drive. A Class IV trailer hitch and trailer sway control are standard. The Expedition EL offers towing capacities in the 9000-pound range. Safety equipment includes front and side-impact air bags, three-row head-protection curtain air bags, anti-lock braking, and electronic stability control with anti-rollover technology. The 2013 Ford Expedition EL is a carryover from 2012. The Mercedes-Benz R-Class is the brand's crossover vehicle, created for buyers seeking the driving dynamics of a luxury sedan with the space and functionality of a sport utility. It can accommodate up to seven passengers in comfort, with three rows of seating, four conventional doors and a top-hinged rear liftgate for easy access to the cargo area. The R-Class is offered in two versions: the R350 and the new R350 BlueTEC. The R350 is powered by a 268-hp 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine, while the R350 BlueTEC gets a 210-hp 3.0-liter turbocharged direct diesel injection V6, featuring BlueTEC clean diesel technology for enhanced fuel efficiency. Both models are equipped with a seven-speed automatic transmission, including TouchShift manual shift control and steering wheel paddles, as well as full-time 4MATIC all-wheel drive. Every R-Class model is outfitted with a power sunroof, power rear quarter windows, automatic climate control and a COMAND system with 6-disc CD, DVD audio/video player and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Standard safety features include stability and traction control systems, anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, first- and second-row side-impact airbags, overhead curtain airbags for all three rows, active anti-whiplash front head restraints and the Mercedes PRE-SAFE predictive occupant protection. For 2010, the Mercedes-Benz R-Class gets new standard 19-inch alloy wheels (AMG-design on the R350) and a tire-specific pressure monitor. Additionally, the R350 BlueTEC replaces the previous model year's R320 BlueTEC. The five-passenger Mitsubishi Galant combines a sleek exterior and tasteful cabin with premium amenities and advanced safety technologies, presenting itself as a viable mid-size sedan in today's competitive market. The front-wheel drive Galant is offered in two trim levels: ES and SE. Both are powered by a 160-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, paired to a four-speed automatic transmission with Sportronic manual shift mode. The value-conscious ES trim is equipped with 16-inch wheels, auto-off headlamps, air conditioning, cruise control and a CD player; SE trims are further outfitted with a rear spoiler, 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, automatic climate control, a 6-disc CD changer and Bluetooth wireless connectivity.
