Autoblog Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore takes us on a quick interior tour of the 2021 Volkswagen ID.4.
The interior might be a bit spartan but it’s also futuristic. Screens for the driver and passenger display vehicle and infotainment info. There is a screen right in front of the driver, which shows you electric range stats and other basic info like gear settings. Centered in the dash is a big screen that displays radio, navigation and other vehicle information.
The seats are embossed with the ID.4 name. And it’s a crossover so there is plenty of space in the back for passengers and cargo.
TranscriptWelcome inside the Volkswagen ID.4. This is the interior, the cabin. It's a pretty good-looking setting. It's pretty basic, pretty Spartan, but I think also a little bit futuristic. Just gonna kind of give you an overview here.
A couple of different screens here. This one is right in front of the driver. You can see the range right there, the number of miles on the car, some basic things like the gear settings, as well. This is the big screen right here in the middle where you get most of your information. Really colorful, really informative. I like it.
As you can see right here, I drove it down to about 59%. And it's just-- it's interesting. I'll toggle through and show you a few different things here. There we go. A couple other things. And there we go, charging, and then the data down here. This is interesting. Took it for a nice long drive this afternoon.
