2017 Volvo V90 is one standout Swede

It says a lot about the Volvo V90's design that it can stand out as a favorite amongst all the other supercars and enthusiast machines found at the Geneva Motor Show. This relatively minimalist longroof is one of the most handsome cars we've seen in a long time, and even among new Ferraris, McLarens, Lamborghinis, and an array of billion-horsepower supercars, we kept making our way back to look at this seriously pretty Volvo.

If our time in Volvo's XC90 and S90 prototypes are anything to go on, we expect very good things from the new V90. Under the hood will be the T6 and T8 engines, the latter of which combines a 2.0-liter twin-charged unit with an electric motor for a total output of 410 horsepower. Match that with a comfortable, quiet, modern, functional interior (all jokes aside, the Ikea of car cabins), and you've got a recipe for an all-rounder that perfectly combines luxury and good-to-drive dynamics with daily usability and overall quality.

We can't wait to get our hands on this one.
