A look at the interior of the 2016 Audi TT.

Transcript

- Hey, guys. It's Steve from Autoblog, and I'm inside the 2016 Audi TT. And I'm going to give you a little tour of the cabin, which starts out with what's right in front of me right now, which is the virtual cockpit. It's the new IP system right behind the steering wheel that has everything you need.

As you can see, there's no center stack, no screen, nothing like that anymore. It's all right here. And using the buttons on the steering wheel, you control everything up in the screen. So these left and right buttons toggle between things like vehicle info, entertainment info, phone, and then the map that I have on right now.

You can even use this view button down here to switch between sort of a larger gauge view or a smaller view like this. And then there's buttons on this side that bring up things like a menu that you can switch to. There's a lot of great functionality in here, and I'd love to go through it all. But we have other videos on the site so you can see a more in-depth look at what's inside.

Instead, I want to show you some of the more interesting features in the cockpit like these air vents which house all of the air vent functionality inside of them. As you can see in each vent, the center caps control things like fan speed, temperature, whether or not it's automatic, et cetera. And then where the air blows, stuff like that. So it's pretty cool. And then even the ones on each driver and passenger side have the heated-seat functionality, so that's kind of neat.

And it allows for a nice, flat, clean dash display, nice, clean center console, which then moves down to the shifter and the control, the very simple control, for the MMI Touch System, which this is actually a touch pad that you can write on to input navigation and things like that.

So there you go, a look at the interior of the 2016 Audi TT.
