Motoczysz most excellent video of E1pc electric motocycles racing the TT Zero

No hyperbole. This is the coolest electric motorcycle racing footage ever. Motoczysz has just released a video featuring the 2010 and 2011 versions of its E1pc electric motorcycles competing against the clock and each other at this year's TT Zero. If you click on the link to it below, kiss the better part of twenty-three minutes goodbye.

The single lap around the Isle of Man's Snaefell Mountain Course was captured by one camera fixed to the tailstock of Michael Rutter's 2011 E1pc and one attached to the helmet of Mark Miller. The dual feeds are shown in split screen with a real-time depiction of the course as it progresses using a satellite photo above them, with the elevation changes indicated on a graph below. Both riders take turns discussing their thoughts and strategies and it's clear they both want to win the race. No team orders here.

While we'd love to fill you in on a bit more of the content, we also don't want to spoil anything for you. We can honestly say that the only thing that could make this better would be to somehow include clips shot from the helicopter we see chasing them occasionally – we've heard it's amazing. So, without further ado, here's the link to the MotoCzysz site. Just click on "play video" and expand to full screen. Enjoy.
