What do American buyers expect from electric vehicles (EVs)? Automakers are searching for answers to this question just as hard as they are working to get the EVs ready for release. One way to find answers is to turn to the very people who might be most interested in buying your vehicles.

Think has set up a survey through Qualtrics to find out what buyers' expectations are for the company's City EV. The questions touch on pricing aspects, battery upgrades (and downgrades), range, usage of the vehicle, options like a solar roof and so much more. Most intriguing, some questions ask about lower-cost batteries that have reduced range. When we recently visited Think's facility in Finland, they presented a long-term outlook that mentioned many aspects discussed in this current survey. As Think told us, future plans may include increased-range EVs and lower-priced vehicles.

If you want to voice your opinion and help Think out with development of the City EV – and maybe other future electric vehicles – take the survey by following this link. It will take a few minutes, but your opinions could shape the future of electric vehicles! Many thanks to Neil for the tip!
