Formula One gets Sirius

/

Motorsport fans know the frustration of being stuck in traffic while trying to get home for a race. Two races are held in parallel: one by professional racing drivers trying to edge each other out, and another by late-running fans trying to find a shortcut to a television. Now, however, Sirius has brokered a deal with Formula One Management to broadcast coverage of the grands prix on satellite radio. Starting with this coming weekend's Monaco Grand Prix (stay tuned for Autoblog's own recap), Sirius subscribers can tune in to channel 125, during the race itself or at several points in the days following the race, to hear the BBC Radio broadcast of the thrills, chills and spills of Formula One racing around the world.
