Auto X Prize releases teaser video

The Automotive X Prize is not a movie (but it would make a good documentary, I'm guessing), but that didn't stop the organizers from asking Studio Vagabond to create a teaser video for the upcoming event. If you need a three-minute way to explain to a friend what the Auto X Prize is all about, this is a good way to do so. There's nothing here that can be called news (all the cars are nondescript and the video just gives a general overview of what we can expect over the next few years), but the graphics are well-done and it certainly drives home the point that the race for the 100 mpge car will be fun to watch. AutoblogGreen will provide you with a front-row seat, and now you can be really thankful this isn't a movie we're talking about.
