Commute by hovercraft with the Moller M200G

Dr. Paul Moller's vision of the entire world commuting by small, personal sized vertical takeoff and landing airplanes has never really taken off (ha ha!). In fact, he has never actually ever sold a vehicle, although he has made a few for testing and demonstration purposes. That soon may change, though, as his new M200G volantor, looking like a flying saucer more than anything else, is slated for production. While the nearly $100,000 price seems pretty steep, one could imagine that the price would come down if there was a larger market for machines like this, but since there isn't... don't hold your breath. It is clear to me that the future of hovering to work is most definitely a long, long way off.

Watch a video of the machine after the break!
