Sometimes, news of the weird is just too much.
According to Reuters, a bus driver in Berlin almost threw an attractive woman off his bus recently for showing a little too much skin. The driver said, "'Your cleavage is distracting me every time I look into my mirror and I can't concentrate on the traffic. If you don't sit somewhere else, I'm going to have to throw you off the bus," according to the woman in question (Debora C., who is not in the picture at right). She moved seats, but said she felt humiliated.
A bus company spokesman defends the driver: "The bus driver is allowed to do that and he did the right thing. A bus driver cannot be distracted because it's a danger to the safety of all the passengers."
Actually, Reuters sources this to Bild magazine, which has been known to exaggerate once or twice. Grain of salt and all that. Still, whose fault is it that a guy can't keep his eyes on the road? Not the woman's, that's for sure.
