South Beach to be the site of first car-sitting service

Luxury hotels are loaded with perks. It's always nice to get to the room in the evening to find the sheets turned down, your pillow fluffed, and maybe even topped with a nice Swiss chocolate. In Miami, the newly-opened Regent South Beach wants to extend that level of service to guests' exotics, and will be happy to ensure that visiting prancing horses aren't left out in the cold to fend for themselves.

The hotel now offers nightly car turndown service for all guest vehicles. Visitors must fill out an application for the service and the make, model year and general condition of their cars. Your '78 Z-28 probably wouldn't make the cut.

The service offers amenities such as a hand wash and wax, interior vacuuming, tire pressure check, and a daily front seat gift for the driver. The vehicle is also closely monitored throughout the night by the valet.

Don't ask the cost. If you must know, you probably can't afford it.
